We never intend to be too big that we lose touch with our customers true needs and become just another technology consultancy trying to sell off-the-rack portfolio of solutions. We are particularly strong in understanding our customer challenges and their growth strategies working with them to formulate and execute a well-thought-out plan of action to overcome those challenges and realise business value using technology as an enabler.
We feel the small to medium organisations around the world are undeserved and overcharged for technology consulting services. On most instances due to these organisations not having the right people to engage with the consulting providers they are taken advantage of. As part of our engagement we assist the customer stakeholders in uplifting their skills and knowledge so the next time they will only speak to us about a different challenge and not a similar one we just assisted them with.

Founder and CEO
Anuradha brings over 20 years of international technology and consulting leadership experience. He worked across aviation, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, banking & finance, education, not-for-profit and waste management industries. He has held Head of IT and CIO roles at Lionair and Union Group respectively. He had also served in senior consulting leadership roles at Macquarie Telecom, CingleVue International, Community Brands and at AMCS Group being his last stint before founding DigiConsult. Anuradha is vastly experienced and well certified in all aspects of Project, Program and Portfolio Management. He had successfully delivered highly complex multi-million-dollar initiatives leading geographically dispersed multidisciplinary teams on-time and to budget achieving significant outcomes for his customers globally. In addition to the responsibilities of leading DigiConsult from a strategic and operational perspective he also heads the delivery governance practice hands-on. He’s quite passionate about genuinely helping his customers navigate through organisational challenges driven by internal or external demand through to successful execution of strategy which translates into business value creation and benefits delivery.
Infrastructure Practice Lead
With close to 20 years of hands on international technology infrastructure experience, Kasun heads our infrastructure practice. He had worked in Europe and Asia delivering highly technical infrastructure solutions to global customers from design architecture thorough to go-live. Prior to joining DigiConsult he held key positions of Global Head of Cloud Connectivity & Solutions Provisioning at Virtusa Corporation and Network Operations Manager at Axia Computer Systems. He’s well-versed and highly certified in industry standard frameworks, hardware and associated software systems. Some of his proudest moments had been rolling out large resilient networks to thousands of users internally as well as externally. He’s passionate about cyber security and pride himself in providing cost-effective optimal infrastructure solutions to his customers. While he would provide you advise on how to stay safe within the social media landscape, he himself does not have a social media footprint and prefers to stay that way!
People & Culture Advisor
Damian’s career has spanned over 25 years in a variety of human capital management roles across numerous industries including hospitality, manufacturing, corporate training, human resource development, logistics, technology and fleet management. He had assisted his clients and the companies he worked for in identifying and executing key objectives in talent management always ensuring alignment with the organisation’s vision and mission. He is practical and hands on in his approach to human capital management. He’s passionate about the welfare and continuous development of the most important asset of any organisation — it’s people! Some of Damian’s career highlights include being accountable for the formulation and execution of the HCM strategy at a large group of hotels with a geographically dispersed team of more than 1,000 staff and a large manufacturing group with overseas facilities and a total combined workforce of 4,000 people as the Head of Human Resources reporting into the board of directors. Damian is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute. He heads the HCM function at DigiConsult.
